Our RMA procedure is straightforward and provides for quick replacements. We do not work with RMA numbers – you may prenotify us of complaints via e-mail or on the phone.<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Please provide us with the serial number of the product\u00a0or alternatively another reference\u00a0by
    \nwhich we can assign the\u00a0defective item\u00a0(our order number, delivery note number or invoice number).
    \n<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n

    If the product can be claimed, please return it to us\u00a0(to our usual business address).\u00a0Please enclose an RMA delivery note with a brief description of the defect\u00a0and\u00a0add a note\u00a0whether you prefer\u00a0an exchange or a credit note.\u00a0Without this note, you will automatically receive new product.

    In urgent cases, we may also replace defective items in advance.\u00a0In this case, we will issue a\u00a0pro forma invoice,\u00a0which will be credited\u00a0back to you as soon as you have returned the defective item. Please\u00a0also include a note that the item has\u00a0already been replaced.<\/span><\/h3>\n

    \u2192 \u00a0Defective batteries\/products containing batteries:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

    Please do not send in batteries that are inflated or\u00a0otherwise damaged\u00a0at the sheathing,\u00a0it concerns thereby hazardous goods!\u00a0Simply email us a photo showing the defect\u00a0and the serial number\u00a0and\u00a0dispose of the battery properly on site.<\/span><\/h3>\n
